Bellagio

So this last weekend I had such a great adventure.. I went to Vegas. My birthday is this week and we didn't have school on Monday so we decided to go for both mine, Zach's and Kellee's Birthdays! I always thought that I didn't like Vegas just because it was kind of dirty but I really enjoyed this trip.. It was just what I needed! We went shopping, walked the strip, saw the wedding chapel Britney Spears was married in, went to old town Vegas, and most importantly ate some good food! :) I had a good time just walking the strip and seeing the Bellagio's water show! I loved getting pictures by the Las vegas sign and just getting away from reality.. Zach and I had fun looking at the strip through the impala's sunroof.. I even saw a celebrity, Fez from the Jazz haha.. ok maybe not a celebrity but it was sweet! I even tried my luck at some gambling, I put in a dollar and lost 60 cents so that was pretty much the extent I went to with that. I had a really good time and enjoyed the company I was with. But just remember 'what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" ha..

Happy Love Day!!

So I recently realized that Valentine's Day was my favorite holiday (besides Christmas) when I was little.. I mean we got to make our own Valentines box, take it to school, give out valentines, and get candy! What else is better than that?? Some days I wish I could go back and make one and come home from school and look at all the valentines people gave me! I made a valentines for Mr. Rose this year.. and I have to say I think its very cute! ha.. I'm debating about making a box this year and see if anyone puts a valentine in it?? (hint hint-mom) :)
Anyways.. Heres the cute valentines I made.. I'll thank Martha Stewart for the envelope idea! It turned out real cute.. Some people like to think of valentines as a single awareness day.. but even though I am single and independent (kind of) I look at Valentine's Day as a day of LOVE for EVERYONE!! So this Valentine's Day think about all the people you care about and tell them you love them, and also think about the people you don't like (yes everybody has those people that drive them crazy ha..) and try to have love in your heart for them too.. A wise 90 year old lady from Ohio once wrote 45 lessons life taught her and my favorite one is "All that truly matters in the end is that you loved."
Happy Valentine's Day!!
Better yet...
Happy LOVE Day!! :)

Love, Jenn
